SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping: US orders will be delivered by your local postal service Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays. Shipping is free unless second day or overnight shipping is specified. Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 2-5 business days. Please note that as we do not require signatures for deliveries, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. When placing an order, the customer should designate a reliable address for package delivery. We are also happy to revise any shipping address as long as the request has been made before the order ships. Coe Textiles is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery.

International Shipping: We ship internationally for a flat rate. Packages take anywhere between 2 – 4 weeks to arrive depending on the location. The same conditions apply for international shipments as they do for domestic shipments.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund under the following conditions.

  • All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact.
  • Exchanges/Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Merchandise cannot be held for exchange orders. Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise.
  • We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Returns will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase within 7 business days depending on your financial institution.
  • No exchanges or returns will be accepted for sale merchandise.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

  • Email linda@coetextiles.com to receive a return authorization number. You will be contacted by customer service within 24 hours, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM EST. (Holidays excluded)
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed.
  • Securely pack merchandise and write the return authorization number on the shipping label or prominently on outside of box.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, and PayPal®. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders.

SIZING

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 Due to the use of natural dyes, Coe Textiles garments require delicate care when washing. We recommend washing garments separately in cold water or dry cleaning.  It is also important to store garments away from direct sunlight.

 VARIATION IN PRINT AND COLOR

 Garments may have slight variations in print and color. The hand block printing process requires the craftsmen to line up motifs without the use of machines or measuring tools. We believe that the imperfection of the human hand is what makes these garments unique and beautiful. Natural dyes will also vary slightly from batch to batch. Some dyes, such as indigo, may fade slightly over time.
